Horizontal Steam Turbine

Horizontal single stage steam and gas expansion (expander) turbines for mechanical and generator drives for service in refineries, chemical plants, pulp and paper mills, sugar mills and other food processing, hospitals, universities, and many more industrial applications where steam is available. Also, a particularly easy replacement for old and worn out Carling, Coppus, and Terry turbines. Up to 1200 hp at 6000 RPM 

     
 

NESTCO-17V
Vertical Steam Turbine

In 2003 NESTCO introduced the NESTCO-17V, a vertical single stage steam turbine for use as drivers for vertical pumps in a variety of industrial applications. The NESTCO-17V has all the features of the NESTCO -17 and it is an easy replacement for older vertical turbine designs (i.e. Terry, Coppus).  

     
 

NESTCO Turbine-Generator Sets
Newly designed induction generator packages in the 100Kw to 450Kw range. Simple and cost effective generator sets to produce electrical power from steam in process applications, recover energy lost in the use of pressure reducing valves (PRV'S) or as part of a system to capture the waste heat to maximize the energy recovery. These packages fit well in biomass cogeneration systems.
